What’s your least favorite part of your day-to-day job? Sometimes I miss the rush that comes from being hands-on in the completion of a complicated truck repair. Therefore, I would probably say my least favorite part is the administrative duties that come with any job in a company of this size.
Why is your job so critical to the trucking industry? I keep our technicians trained to current technology. That allows them to repair the trucks as quickly and efficiently as possible. Their skills and abilities satisfy the customer which in turn helps grow our company within the industry.
